Welcome to PHIPPSY'S On Fraser - a relaxed, fully-equipped island home nestled in the heart of Orchid Beach Fraser Island (K'gari) - only minutes from Waddy Point, the local shop and the friendly pub.  Perfectly positioned for beach adventures and 4WD exploring , this is your perfect base for unforgettable memories. 


Whether it’s for the family, friends or a group of fishing enthusiasts, this holiday rental will not disappoint.


With 4 bathrooms, multiple living spaces and 7 bedrooms including two with ensuites there is ample room for everyone.  Sleeping up to 20 people


Essentially two houses in one, with upstairs and downstairs mimicking one another. Amazing ocean views north to the Sandy Cape and south to Waddy Point on two open space verandas viewing the amazing beaches and surrounding sceneries. Comfortable open plan living with ceiling fans and ocean breezes is just one of the many highlights PHIPPSY'S has to offer.

PHIPPSYS'S On Fraser offers the perfect beach getaway for families or groups at an affordable weekly rate.

Based on full occupancy, the cost works out to approximately $265 per person per week (20 guests) or $530 per person per week (10 guests).

Our standard weekly rate is $5,300, plus a $500 refundable security deposit.

A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates, with the remaining balance due one month prior to check-in.


Guests will receive detailed check-in information prior to arrival.


Calendar & Availability-

Our booking calendar open 12 months in advance, giving current guests the opportunity to secure their dates again for the following year before bookings become publicly available.


Any cancellations or newly available dates throughout the year will be announced on our social media pages.

PRICING-

💳 Payment Schedule

A refundable $500 security deposit is required at the time of booking . The remaining balance of $5,300 is due one month prior to check-in. 

🔒 Security deposit

The $500 security deposit is refundable and will be returned on the next business day after checkout, or can be transferred to a future booking. Refunds are subject to the property being left in good clean condition.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

50% of payments made are refundable if the booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
